Sequence analysis

The genomic sequence was masked for repeats using RepeatMasker and then

scanned against a collection of data bases via BLASTN/X. The BLAST output

was cleaned and filtered by MSPcrunch , and finally condensed in a table format

by grouping together all matches related to the same data base entry.
